Hardingsdown Bunkhouse at Lower Hardingsdown Farm is a renovated stone barn situated on a working farm on the Gower Peninsula, approximately 15 miles from Swansea.

Completed in 2004, the bunkhouse is open 12 months of the year. It provides comfortable self catering accommodation for families or groups, sleeping up to 14 people on a weekend, midweek or weekly basis.

We are Allison and Andrew Tyrrell and our two sons are Rhodri and Steffan. The farm has been in the family since the 1950s, so we are the third generation to farm here. We farm organic beef cattle and sheep on 220 acres and run a small flock of pedigree Suffolk sheep. We have four dogs - they are Nell, Myfi (pronounced Muvee), Floss and Roy and they do tend to make their presence known!

Hardingsdown Bunkhouse is the perfect location for the huge variety of activities that the beautiful Gower Peninsula has to offer. Information on many of these activities and more can be found on our Activities page and is also provided at the bunkhouse, however, if you just want a bed for the night or need a holiday just taking things easy, we can provide that too!

We hope you will find everything you need on our website, but of course if you have any queries you may contact us to ask. We look forward to welcoming you to Hardingsdown soon.
